This dreamy AAA Grade Himalayan Quartz Cluster was hand selected on Ashley and Jeremey's recent trip to the very source; the mine high up in the mountains in India near the borders of Kashmir and Tibet. They were able to climb into the mine and see first hand the high ethical standards. They picked this cluster for its high quality and beauty.

- For best results: Put your crystals out during the Full Moon, New Moon, Solstice or the Equinox for 24-48 hours to recharge their energy.

- You can also place your crystals on top of a larger crystal cluster or a crystal platter to recharge. The best crystals to use as a charging station are Selenite and Clear Quartz.
- Sit quietly holding your crystal, relax and initiate circular breathing.
