Bellino Gems LLC (dba Stoned Crystals and Stoned Maiden) is headquartered in the USA, with fulfillment and shipping handled from our locations in Australia and the USA. This Returns Policy outlines conditions for returns and exchanges. It complies with US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and Australian Consumer Law, providing remedies for faulty goods where applicable. All refunds are processed in USD via the original payment method.

General Returns and Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, natural crystal characteristics, or sale items. All items are carefully packed with foam padding and bubble wrap and inspected before shipping to ensure safe delivery. However, transit accidents may occur rarely.
Refunds and store credits are issued at our discretion. Processing takes 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item, with email notification provided. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns; we recommend using registered, insured mail.
Breakages and Damage Claims

Custom Sourcing
Bellino Gems LLC offers custom-sourced products acquired during our buying trips or products commissioned to be sourced or made specifically for a customer. Due to the unique nature of these items, no refunds or returns are offered on custom-sourced or commissioned products, except as required by applicable law, such as under Australian Consumer Law. All sales of such products are final. Please contact info@stonedcrystals.com for clarification before placing an order for custom-sourced or commissioned products.
Special Note About Crystals
Crystals are natural minerals, unique in pattern, composition, and appearance. They may vary from images and contain tiny fissures, pits, inclusions, or markings. As hand-cut items, they are not "perfect." Our owner, a certified gemologist, personally selects the best quality available to ensure exceptional pieces, but these natural features are inherent to authentic crystals and do not constitute defects. We do not allow returns or exchanges based on crystal natural inclusions or variations, including exposed inclusions mistaken for chips or cracks.
Returns for Stoned Maiden Swappable Wand Bracelet (Size Issues)
Stoned Maiden Swappable Wand Bracelets may be exchanged due to size issues within 14 days of receiving the goods.
