Putback Policy & Custom Made to Order – Terms & Conditions
To help us serve our community fairly and sustainably, we’ve introduced a Putback Policy for live show items. These guidelines help us manage custom sourcing, inventory, and ensure everyone has a fair chance to shop.
How It Works
We totally understand that plans can change — and we do allow putbacks. But to keep things fair for everyone:

You are allowed up to 3 putbacks from live shows.

After 3 putbacks, a temporary freeze will be placed on your ability to claim items in future live shows.

Custom made to order items are not eligible for putbacks. These are specially sourced pieces that we wouldn’t have purchased otherwise, but we did so in good faith on your behalf.

If a custom made to order item is put back, 20% of the original purchase price will be charged to cover admin and sourcing costs.
Why This Matters

Each claimed item requires time, invoicing, and preparation — putbacks take up resources.

Custom made to order items are often paid for in advance — when returned, they directly impact our small business.
